Our Policy
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-6 years.
The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed on chargeable basis. Charges are Rs-1200/- Plus applicable taxes for above 6 years.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 01:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The room tariff is exclusive of all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
Hotel will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the reception due to the aforesaid reason.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in. Management will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

For any update, User shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard, and any waiver is on the hotel’s discretion.
Number of modifications possible on a booking will be on the discretion of Shiva imperial Management.
Selective offers of Shiva imperial will not be valid on a cancellation or modification of booking.
Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.

This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.
Amount will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
A maximum of 1 Children below 6 years stay complimentary in the room with the parents without any charges above 6 years are taken as an adult. Extra bed can be provided on request on chargeable basis.
Older child or adult is charged ₹1200 per person per night with an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is only 1.

Internet Usage
Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the entire Hotel Premises.
